Teriyaki Pea Pods
Plump, pan-sautéed snap pea pods with shallots and a teriyaki glaze. Complimented with fresh baby spinach.

Gorgonzola Garlic Break
A hot loaf of baked garlic bread with melted gorgonzola cheese.

Seared Sesame Tuna
Tuna steak pan-seared with a sesame coat. Sliced and served rare on a bed of grilled fresh baby spinach with balsamic vinaigrette.

Artichoke Ravioli Sauté
Artichoke heart ravioli served with steamed asparagus and drizzled with a light lemon brown butter.

Mussels with Tomato-Basil Cream Sauce
Prince Edward Island mussels sautéed with shallots, tomatoes, and fresh basil, splashed with white wine and finished with a touch of cream. Served with your choice of fresh pasta.

Chicken Romesco
Chicken breast tenderloins grilled then roasted with diced tomatoes and fresh asparagus in Romesco sauce (fresh tomatoes, roasted almonds, olive oil, and garlic). Served with your choice of pasta.

Chocolate Torte
Flourless, melt-in-your-mouth chocolate torte with a layer of chocolate ganache.

Mini Crepe with Brown Sugar Glaze
Sweet almond ricotta cream and shaved dark chocolate whipped in a crepe and lightly glazed with brown sugar and butter.

Cheesecake
Simply delicious light and creamy homemade cheesecake. Baked on an Oreo and Vanilla Wafer crust and topped with mixed berries and whipped cream.
