Entrees
Chicken Papillote Herbed chicken tenderloins with caramelized onion and
fresh mozzarella in vodka cream sauce with penne paste,
baked in parchment.
Mixed Grill Grilled lamb chop, chicken thigh, Italian style
chicken/pork sausage, and filet mignon tip with rosemary
roasted red potatoes and grilled asparagus, finished with a
drizzle of tomato basil vinaigrette.
Cioppino Scallops, shrimp, mussels, clams, salmon, roasted garlic,
fresh tomato, and scallions in a white wine saffron broth
with garlic aioli and garlic bread.
Italian Sampler Meatball lasagna wedge, chicken parmesan, and herb
stuffed shells topped with Spoleto house marinara.
Dessert
Individual Napoleon Puff pastry with orange cream and Vin Cento (Italian
dessert wine), marinated peach and strawberry slices
Tire Mi Su (Italian for pick me up)
Lady fingers soaked in espresso and Kahlua, layered with
mascarpone cheese and topped with whipped cream.
Swiss Chalet Chocolate Mousse Rich, delectable chocolate mousse topped with homemade
whipped cream.
