Frambroise reduction and dark chocolate ganache rolled in toasted pecans.

Granny Smith apples and mixed berries baked with an oat crumble top.

Lemon Raspberry Profiteroles
Cream puffs filled with lemon custard, with raspberry sauce and whipped cream.
