First Course: Appetizers
Caminito
Chopped Salad
Julienne iceberg lettuce, red cabbage, carrot, onion, bacon,
hard boiled egg, and hearts of palm. Dressed with lemon
vinaigrette and topped with croutons.
Breaded Fried
Zucchini
Thinly sliced zucchini breaded with seasoned breadcrumbs and
lightly fried. Served with marinara sauce and crumbled goat
cheese.
Asparagus in
Prosciutto
A Caminito classic. Tender asparagus wrapped in prosciutto,
then grilled. Topped with toasted breadcrumbs, reggiano cheese,
and finished with balsamic vinaigrette.

Buffalo Ribeye
Grilled Northfork Farms buffalo ribeye, served simply with
roasted red potatoes, finished with a mushroom and veal demi
glace.

Chocolate espresso mousse served with a mini sugar-dusted

and mint salad dressed with simple syrup.
Dulche de
Leche Cheese Cake
Graham cracker crust NY style cheesecake with added dulche de
leche flavor, finished with cinnamon whipped cream and vanilla
creme anglaise.
